Norman W. Briggs,

Norman W. Briggs is an accomplished trial attorney with thirty (30) years of experience on both sides of the Delaware River – having an extensive practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mr. Briggs was previously a named partner in a Philadelphia based firm for fifteen (15) years before he founded the Briggs Law Office in 2007.

Mr. Briggs has handled numerous trials in the areas of commercial litigation, defense of companies and professionals sued by individuals, construction litigation, as well as representing injured parties in select cases. He also represents over forty (40) condominium and homeowners’ associations, advising such clients on the drafting of condominium documents, unit owner disputes, litigation with third party vendors, and administrative regulations.

Mr. Briggs is licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, both in state and federal courts, as well as before the United States Supreme Court. He is also a member of the Professional Liability Underwriters Society (PLUS), Community Associates Institute (CAI), and the Cape May County Chamber of Commerce.

Maria Senico

Maria D. Senico,
Attorney

Maria Senico is a graduate of Rutgers University, where she received a B.S. in Environmental Science. She received her J.D. from of Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, with a certificate in Environmental Law. Maria was a Fellow with the Peggy Browning Fund and spent a summer focusing on policy issues surrounding the rights of farmworkers in California’s Central Valley. Maria participated in New York State Pro Bono Scholars program, which allowed her the opportunity to be the inaugural Pro Bono Scholar at the Pace Food Law Clinic where she was engaged in assisting small businesses with various legal needs. Prior to joining Briggs Law Office, Maria was an associate in a high-volume workers’ compensation practice in New Jersey.
